Hello everyone!  I am the Biology teacher here at East.  I love the world of science and strive to help my students gain an understanding of life and the world around us.  

I have been a teacher for 9 years.  I have been with the East Robertson family for 6 years. Prior to that I taught middle school science at Heritage.  At East, I help sponsor Renaissance and the Beta Club.  

I grew up in Savannah, Tennessee and graduated from Hardin County High School in 2005.  I attended Freed-Hardeman University.  I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry.  After graduation, I continued at Freed-Hardeman earning my Masters of Arts in Education.  
In 2015, I began working on my Education Specialist degree in School Leadership.  I finished this degree in December 2017.

My wish is for all of my students to do their absolute best.  I am available anytime that I am needed.  Please do not hesitate to contact me if needed.
