Below is my Lifetime Wellness/Weights and Conditioning assignments for Weeks 1-4

We will have two assignments each week:
The one assignment that is standard each week is to run the mile and the other will be a youtube video and a two paragraph summary of the video you watched.

  Email mile times you run each week and two paragraph summaries to Coach Evans or Coach Perry  ([email protected] and [email protected])
Week 1 (Due April 10)- Watch "Hand Hygeine Saves Lives" video from youtube.(5:11)  Write 2 paragraphs summarizing the video.
Week 2 (Due April 17)-Watch "6 steps to prevent COVID-19" video from youtube. (1:55)  Write 2 paragraphs summarizing the video.
Week 3 (Due April 24)-Watch "Sepak Takraw-Explained!" video from youtube.  Write 2 paragraphs explaining the rules of the sport and comparing it to volleyball.
Week 4 (Due May 1)-Watch "The rules of Kabaddi-explained!" video from youtube. (5:05) Write 2 paragraphs explaining the rules of Kabaddi.
