Beth Moore

Hello my name is...

Mrs. Beth Moore

Mrs. Moore with her husband and child

I am a former East Robertson Indian who returned home to teach.  I graduated in December 2007 from Freed Hardeman University with a B.A. in History.   I also hold a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Instructional Technology and an Educational Specialist degree in School Leadership from Austin Peay State University.  I am currently serving as State Sponsor of the Tennessee Senior Beta Club.

I have been a teacher since January 2008.  I love teaching history because I love helping students develop a love (or at least admiration) for the past so that they can learn and grow from it.  I am excited this year to start a new venture teaching TAP I, II, and III.  TAP stands for Teaching as a Profession.  If you are interested in being an educator one day, I would love to have you join my class!

I am a Social Studies teacher leader for Robertson County, mentor new teachers, and I also sponsor the Junior and Senior Beta Club at ERHS.

I am married to Daniel Moore, a data base administrator for the state of Tennessee.  We have a beautiful daughter named Aria.  We enjoy working with various kids' programs at church.  We also enjoy attending games on Rocky Top and Geodis Park, playing Nintendo, movie marathons, traveling, and more.

Please contact me at any time with questions, comments, and concerns.
